Biigtigong Nishnaabeg invites students up to 15 to 30 years of age coming from school and returning in the fall to apply.

Under the Supervision of the ECE Program Director Stephanie Michano-Drover, this position will report directly to the Children & Family Learning Centre staff and Summer Student Supervisor.

The duties will include:

• Assist the classroom ECE set up activities for children
• Assist in cleaning of classroom centers and play areas
• Assist with supervision of children (but never on their own)
• Help plan age-appropriate activities for specific groups of children
• Engage in direct play with the children
• Help children develop self-help skills in eating and dressing, etc.
• Communicate/model/engage in conversations with the children according to their develop level
• Assist in feeding and dressing childrenAny other duties assigned

Requirements:
